1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bgwn69 ("bgwn69," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bgwn69 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on bgwn69, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bgwn69 Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be amended from time to time.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use bgwn69, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bgwn69, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the bgwn69 Platform or any affiliated gaming platform.

bgwn69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, passport, or other official identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

bgwn69 employs automated and manual age verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and deposits may be returned at bgwn69's sole discretion in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access the full features of bgwn69, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number registered in the Philippines.

You are permitted to hold only one (1) active bgwn69 account at any time. The creation of multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. bgwn69 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions associated with them.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your bgwn69 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes.
• All activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• Notifying bgwn69 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Keeping your registered contact information, including your mobile number and email address, current and accurate.

bgwn69 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bgwn69 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to bgwn69 support immediately.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

bgwn69 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bgwn69 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on bgwn69:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of withdrawal request.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your bgwn69 account. bgwn69 reserves the right to request documentary proof of account ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• bgwn69 processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 3–5 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• bgwn69 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may result in processing delays. Such reviews are conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee upon withdrawal, at bgwn69's discretion.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bgwn69 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable to all bgwn69 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bgwn69 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game types specified in the relevant promotion. Using bonus funds on ineligible games may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• bgwn69 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress will be honored.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors to gain an unfair advantage, will result in the immediate cancellation of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the bgwn69 Platform:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Philippine law or regulation.
• Attempting to defraud bgwn69 or any other player, including through the use of stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or false identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, arbitrage betting, or other activity designed to guarantee winnings regardless of game outcome.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology underlying the bgwn69 Platform.
• Transmitting any malicious code, virus, or harmful data to the bgwn69 Platform or its users.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bgwn69 staff or other players through any communication channel.

bgwn69 reserves the right to investigate any suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

bgwn69 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. bgwn69 recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and provides the following tools and resources to help players maintain control:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their bgwn69 account at any time through account settings.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the bgwn69 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the exclusive property of bgwn69 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bgwn69 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without bgwn69's prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any bgwn69 trademarks, trade names, logos, or branding in any manner without prior written authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of bgwn69's intellectual property may result in legal action. bgwn69 actively monitors for infringement and will enforce its rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bgwn69 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bgwn69 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, system downtime, or technical failures beyond bgwn69's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results caused by technical malfunctions, provided that bgwn69 takes reasonable steps to rectify such errors promptly.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or promotional material published on the Platform.

bgwn69's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bgwn69 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bgwn69's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

10. Termination & Account Closure

You may close your bgwn69 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

bgwn69 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• bgwn69 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity associated with your account.
• You fail to satisfy bgwn69's identity or age verification requirements.
• bgwn69 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or law enforcement agency.
• bgwn69 decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bgwn69 reserves the right to withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, bgwn69 may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and bgwn69, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bgwn69 support. bgwn69 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall prevent bgwn69 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bgwn69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bgwn69 will notify registered players by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the bgwn69 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the changes take effect.
